i have recorded above 500 inventory records with descriptions and have some transaction too but Manager doesn’t open. It says “you are offline”.
Can you show the screenshot? Manager doesn’t require Internet connection.

Are you using Windows? If so, open Internet Explorer and make sure it’s not in offline mode. Manager (desktop edition) doesn’t require internet connection but IE must be in online mode regardless.
