Notes to the accounts

Hello, I have a question regarding having the posibility of “Notes to the accounts”.

For examples: on the face of profit and loss account I have an expense account named “Selling and distribution”. I want to create multiple sub-accounts under this e.g. (advertisements, salary, free samples etc.). I don’t want the sub-accounts to be appearing in the profit and loss account, instead these should be treated as notes to the accounts like done in the financial statments prepared as per IFRS.

Can you please guide me how to do that? If it’s not possible, please let me know as well.
