Not finding the last recon date tab under Bank Accounts

Good Morning

I don’t know how reconcile, problem being that previously I used to click on the last recon date tab and then it would prompt me to add a new recon date and that is how I would reconcile.Now I can’t find the tab at all. Has it been moved to another location perhaps?
