Specifically? I have thanked and responded courteously in virtually every case, though it’s true that I have never “suffered fools gladly”. As to the system itself, I do resent my time being avoidably wasted on something that is unfinished and unfit for a very simple purpose. That’s not “snide” either; it’s an accurate description by someone with considerable experience in both computing and accounts.

That is not courteous in my view. Anyway, I am happy that you found another affordable application that works for you.
