Its Strange that each time i create a new customer, the field is already filled with one of my existing customer data.
Not sure how that got set as default, but how do i get rid of this.
This only happens under customer tab and not while creating new supplier.
Please help!
It sounds like you have these data entries under Form Defaults for customers. Read this Guide: Manager Cloud.
Also make sure you’re running the latest version of Manager, just in case you’re a bit out of date.
I ended up encountering a similar issue until form defaults was officially implemented for the Customer module (at which point I could then remove the default values via settings).
Being on the latest version should guarantee that Customer form defaults can be deleted & will bring a number of other bug fixes along with it.
