Dear all can any one advise me how i can show accurate tax and total amount figures as it always give round off without checking the box
First of all you should show the full screenshot including the breadcrumbs above. This screenshot doesn’t say anything. Also always show a full screenshot of the edit window.
In Settings show the Date & Number Format and the Base Currency.

as u see below the tax and total amount its not accurate 100% the system is round off without check-in the rounding box

Have you setup your base currency?
Show the edit screen of the taxcode you are using
I already asked that but it seems @Bookmatch isn’t interested in reading the questions we ask carefully so I’m not going to waste more time on this.

Also you show in your screenshot four tax-codes with identical names VAT 5% and only the edit screen of one. Only two of these have transactions but what is different about them and how do you know you select the right one?
