which edition of Manager are you using (Desktop, Cloud, or Server)?

If you are on Desktop Edition: it is single‑user by design (no concurrent access). To have 5 people in at once, move to Cloud or Server Edition. Cloud supports unlimited users and multi‑user access; pricing is flat (not per user).
If you are on Cloud or Server but only one person can stay logged in:
Make sure each person has their own username. Sharing the same login can cause sessions to kick each other out. Create separate users and assign permissions.
Set up users/permissions under Settings > Users (Cloud/Server only).
