We have one company but two divisions. Accounting is based on the company. Is it possible to have two separate invoice layouts for the one company, keeping the one invoice number sequence?
This can be done but you will need to enable HTML Themes under Settings and create two custom HTML themes, one for each division. When issuing new invoice, you can select HTML theme based on which division the invoice is from.
Have a look at Guides | Manager to see how to use HTML Themes. You might need HTML designer to assist you with this if you are not familiar with HTML yourself.

HTML Themes have been introduced in version 16.7. Upgrade to the latest version from http://www.manager.io
