I have one corporation, with multiple dab’s. I’d like to be able to track the income/expenses/inventory, etc by dba but as subs to the corporation.

You can create as many businesses as you want. Each business can have multiple invoice forms. (Go to Settings >> View Templates.) To customize the invoices requires knowledge of HTML.
How you set things up is a question for your accountant and, possibly, attorney. One business entity operating under a number of trade names could be handled via tracking codes. Wholly owned subsidiaries could be handled as separate business, with a distinct set of books for the parent corporation.
