Would some body explain how to set up monthy reports, such as period sale,purchase,payment,receipts …etc I like to keep hard copy for all transactions every month.

Reports available under the modules you have enabled are visible automatically under Settings. Many can be created for a defined time period. Others might have to wait on completion of the custom reports capability.
