Let me know If it is easy or possible to migrate all the data from MYOB that is Inventory and Financial Accounting info from MYOB business essential into Manager?

There is no automated tool that can do it. If you can export data into spreadsheet, then you can import it into Manager. But export from another accounting software will have different columns from the one that Manager will understand. So you’d need to manually adjust spreadsheets.
So no, it’s not easy. But then again, it’s not easy for any accounting software migration regardless of software brand.
