Manager self-hosted update inactive entries activated

I am running a self-hosted Manager that was running on, and yesterday I updated to 23.7.13 release from July 13.

After the update, I noticed that previously inactive employees and suppliers were made active. Is there are way to prevent this from happening? Or is there a workaround to resolve this as I don’t want to manually go through hundreds of entries to remedy it.

How did you determine they are now “active”? Checkbox Inactive is unchecked on those suppliers and employees?

The count in the menu changed from 60 to 140. I thought that is an indication of active records. Am I wrong?
