Mac: Opening .manager files now shows all files instead of selected one

In earlier versions of Manager, I could open specific .manager files directly from Finder (via Alfred) on macOS. This allowed me to keep my business and personal files separate, since only the chosen file would open.

Since updating to version 25.9.8.2749, however, when I open Manager, both my business and personal files now appear in the menu.

Request:
I would prefer that Manager only display the file I intentionally open, instead of showing all files at once.

Hello @IslandPreacher,

Did you mean Manager opening the business as a tab in the same Manager instance together with other businesses?

I have these two files located in different folders on my MacBook Pro. One file is my personal finances, and the other is school finances. The school Manager file syncs with the school PC using Dropbox. My personal Manager finances file does not sync with that Dropbox account. Before I wrote my initial request above, only the file that I opened from Finder would appear. Now when I open either file directly from Finder, both “businesses” appear in the menu.

Interestingly, when I open Manager on the school PC computer, only the school file appears in the menu. So my concern that my personal finances not be accessible from the school computer is alleviated.

I did have a strange occurrence today when the school account did not show up in the menu, no matter which file I opened from Finder. I rebooted my Mac, but the school file still did not appear in the menu. Finally, I used Add Business to import the school file and all seems to be working.
