Logo causing email to fail sending

After I could not email any invoices, I searched here for a solution, and it appears that I can send emails without logos but not with logos. Not a big deal, but is there a certain format of logo we must use, or a quick fix anyone knows of?

Typically, when a logo causes a problem, it is because its file size is too large. For example, if you upload an image that is 50 x 80 cm at full size, Manager will scale it down to fit, but the number of pixels involved stays the same. Export the image at some lower resolution or smaller size and use that in Manager.
