If you read my quotation you will see that the locking is not compulsory day by day and that you can correct items that are not permanently booked.
may be you can try using manager cloud or server edition
create a new user name with "view and create " rights only, dont give yourself "edit and delete ".
Everytime when you login use your new restricted user ID and password so you wont have rights to edit or delete any transaction.
Maybe this will help you
I agree about the regulations it doesnāt make sense⦠My guess is that people from Sweden probably havenāt read the regulations and maybe assumed that the functionality in Manager is complient with regulations in Sweden since itās a software for accounting. Or itās not clear in the legal documentā¦
I didnāt know about this regulation until recently when I started to research since I had friends in Sweden that where looking for an accounting software and i suggested Manager.
I realised there was a difference in the accounting program from Sweden and Manager when I started using Manager a couple of years ago, The posts in Manager could be edited and deleted which not was the case for the Swedish accounting software.
Since I was using Manager for accounting in Australia where excel is ok to use for accounting I didnāt research it for Sweden. To my knowledge there is no requirement on posts to be permanent or not to be deleted in Australiaā¦
I saw your quote unfortunately they write that it has to be permanent and not be able to erase as in my example. As in your example itās stated differently. My guess is that they are referring to the period an not the post.
This is what it says about when posts should be registered.
āWhen should the accounting be done?
Main rule The main rule is that cash receipts and disbursements must be booked by the following working day. Booked refers to both basic and main accounting Other business events must be posted as soon as it can happen, ie. as soon as the accounting officer has access to sufficient information to be able to post the business event in an acceptable manner. The accounts of receivables and liabilities may always be deferred until their invoice or corresponding document has been issued or received or should have been issued or received. In this case, bookkeeping also means that the business events must be able to be presented both in the registration order and in the systematic order (see above).ā
That could be an option I only use the desktop versionā¦
Iāve been looking through the legal text and I canāt find anything about a post can not be deleted or changed⦠In the interpretation I posted above and other websites l seen the same interpretation that a post needs to be permanent and the excel canāt be used etcā¦
This was the only thing that I found in the legal text that could refer to a post having to be permanent⦠Itās confusingā¦
Chapter 5 Ongoing accounting and verifications
Basic accounting and main accounting
Section 1 The business events must be recorded so that they can be presented in the registration order (basic accounting) and in a systematic order (main accounting). This should be done in such a way that it is possible to check the completeness of the accounting entries and to review the course, position and results of operationsā
