How I can generate the Ledger of a Particular Account?
The General Ledger Summary report and General Ledger Transactions will display the transactions in accounts.
You can export them to Excel and then extract a particular account.
The system is not designed to produce printed ledgers - it is an online system and you can search and/or display the transactions online
The most direct way to see an account’s ledger is to drill down from the Summary page by clicking on the account’s balance. Then you can export it if you need a printed version.
In the case of control accounts, clicking on the balance first brings up a list of subsidiary ledgers with their balances. To see the ledger for a subsidiary account, click on the balance in the listing of subsidiary ledgers.
