After Posting a Receipts & Payment for Sales Invoice & Purchase Invoice, there is no option to view a Receipts or Payment from the Sales/Purchase Invoice; its suggested to make said changes for direct view of Receipts & Payment for the same Invoice

That would be really nice to have, but this has been suggested before and it doesn’t seem to be a priority at this moment.
If this gets to ideas then you have my vote but for now, maybe you should try keeping multiple tabs / instances of manager open so you can copy this number and search it immediately.
I agree this would be a good feature. At the moment I have several tabs of manager open at once but this can get confusing
