@Patch or anyone experiencing this issue, could you please upgrade to version 21.3.53, launch the program then navigate in web-browser to http://localhost:55667/test and post here output? I’m trying to figure out if I can workaround this bug which I believe is in .NET runtime rather than in Manager.

Don’t worry about installed .NET version. Manager is not relying on it as it includes its own .NET runtime.
