Journal Entries not creating

Good evening. I Have updated to the latest version: 21.3.16, however now when I complete a Journal Entry as previously has been done many times, it does not get processed when I press the Create button. I have seen this mentioned in others’ posts, and the suggested answer was to upgrade my version. However I believe I have the most recent version. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I see in other posts that those raising queries sometimes include a screenshot. Here is the screenshot of what I am trying to do. It’s a normal Journal Entry, similar to many done before, and I think the release I am using is the most up-to-date. Again, thank you for any help/advice that can be provided.

When you launch the program, there is a prompt to install WebView2. Can you install it and try again?

I’m going to make WebView2 mandatory because it is getting progressivelly more difficult to support desktop edition without WebView2.
