Is it possible to include my BAS agent registration logo as well as my company logo on my reports, Invoices etc.

what am I doing wrong - my custom field reads : Photo c://users/pictures/221_bas-agent_e. png

The image source should be a web accessible URL.

this was supplied by the TPB of the ATO in .png form

It does not matter where you got it. PNG format is fine. What matters is where you store it. For example:

is a reference to an external web site. It returns:
