Invoice messages/instructions

Hello, new here and using software for the first time.
I’ve added a custom field to my invoice labelled ‘Payment’ and selected it as a paragraph. Instructions for payment are typed in there, but I don’t want to be manually typing it in there for every invoice I produce. Is there a way of having this information appear on every invoice?
