Invoice error after send to the zatca

When I send the invoice to the ZATCA platform, this message appears after the invoice is approved.

Are you using Custom Themes or Footer?

Can you share the Edit screen of the invoice that you displayed above?

We do not use any footer.

You may need to check the Custom Title that you are using.
You can try using the Invoice without a Custom Title. Is the same error occurring?

So far, in my Zatca Test, I have not encountered any issues like the one you mentioned.

This is not related to Zatca, I guess it’s somehow footers conflicting with Manager code
