My question is about the inventory, in this software i find out that if i have 20 units of inventory and i make an invoice of 25 units in the inventory list it shows minus balance how can i make sure that i don’t sale more than the inventory i have in the warehouse?

As far as I have tested it there is no way except for checking the stock level before the sale.
@ Lubos it would be very helpful to have Manager ask if you sure you want to sell more than the amount of stock to have yes or no to confirm or cancel on line item before you continue with the sale.
