Why after input purchases invoice with inventory item, the amounts is debit to inventory-cost (P/L) , not debit into inventory on hand (B/S) ?

You would also have to enter Goods Receipt upon receiving the goods. You may have paid for them but not received them yet therefore they are not “on hand” until you enter them. Just use copy to new goods receipt from the purchase invoice view.
