Inventory related issue

Hello, I am having issue using manager.io, recently I installed and applied for trial version, when I issue purchase invoice, technically it must be shown in inventory on hand in balance sheet, but it showing in income statement in inventory cost. Not sure why its happening, some purchase invoices are fine and showing the inventory on hand in balance sheet, but few purchase bills I am having issue with. Can you please let us know what can be the reason behind this all.

As far as my understanding inventory cost can only be shown in income statement when I sale the item. but with me its opposite, when I issue purchase invoice it shows in inventory cost in income statement, I hope I was able to explain my situation. Thanks

When you drill-down into your Inventory on hand account on balance sheet, you will see list of your inventory items as per balance sheet. There is Qty owned figure for each inventory item. What figure do you see there?

thanks accutaly the problem is when i ender the purchase invoice its cost showing in inventory cast instead of inventory on hand what i do ?

Compare the transactions which turn out correct to one (and all) that is correct.
Maybe there is a setting on the incorrect ones that causes the bug.
