I have an inventory stock with certain quantity , whether its possible to give notification with shortage stock or less stock like zero quantity, you can’t put a sales invoice.

In essence no, monitoring inventory quantities is a management rather then an accounting function.
Many businesses sell inventory they do not yet have in stock and order from suppliers afterwards.
