Inventory Item account set on 0

We have an inventory account for spare parts for our equipment which had a number of items in it with consoderable value. Today, without us doing anything, the account was set on 0 by manager. What is happening? Even if i go into the history, i can’t see any transactions for this account. It reallz makes me doubt the trustworthiness of the system.

Also the way you implement changes with the inventory cost without announcing it in advance or give paying users the option to keep it as is, is baffling to me. Are we working with a Beta Version indefinitely?

Can you show some screenshot what you refer to?

All the balance figures are coming out of somewhere. Even zero would be clickable to reveal how it was caclulated.

it messed up a lot, need to go through everything, and will post later. for now i have started looking for alternatives to manager. was a paying customer for years, but the business is growing and this kind of thing, when the system automatically changes entries, even from a year ago…i need to figure out first what exactly happened

@lubos If any entry is created automatically by system such as unit costs should be shown as by Manager or System in History.

@Lubos asked you to show screenshots and also to click on the zero and show screenshots of the results. This will help to resolve your issue. You can also check History to review what happened. Always first make a backup before undoing things in History.
