Inventory costs - items showing without transactions at the start and end of every month

Whenever I enter inventory cost (cost of inventory sales), I get a big list of items that are not related to any transaction. I have attached a screen shot below. Kindly advise the reason of this and how to solve it.

Manager does make some automatic entries for some tabs, including Inventory Items.

However, I don’t know if what you are experiencing is a problem because we need to know a bit more info:

  • Edition of Manager – i.e. Cloud, Desktop, or Server
  • Version of Manager
  • What account are you drilling down into

  1. I am using cloud edition
  2. version 25.10.4.2874 (but this has been showing since several versions back)
  3. As mentioned, these entries are inside the “Inventory - cost” account. The account that shows inventory cost under expenses when items are sold.
