Invalid File Format

Good day…I’m currently using Cloud Version of Manager. I wanted to restore a backup made today (05/02/2021), by means of the Import Business tab, I select the back-up file in a folder on my hard drive and click import business, the message Invalid File Format is displayed, tried several times, with the same result…I then go through the exact same process and select a backup file date stamped 15/04/2019, i.e. 20 months old and it imports perfectly, i.e. displays the folder in the select file window etc and displays as it backs up into Manager…How do I please resolve this challenge, I really need to restore this backed up information into a newly created trading entity…

Hi … I’ve resolved the problem (I think), I have two companies, using similar information, primarily inventory, but the files have the same names when backed up out of the different trading entities, I changed the name of the back-up and it’s all working fine…
