I just updated to Manager v21.6.9. When I try to add Purchase Quote using customize option and click Update, I get an internal server error (screenshots attached).

Does this happen if you try to add any other tab, or only Purchase Quotes?
Tut, I checked and it is happening for other tabs as well. Even while trying to back up or when saving after adding a new entry, I am receiving SQL errors. I imported the business again using a backup file and the new business is working without the error.
It seems you had a corrupted file, as the first lines of the error message say.
