Internal Error when opening Manager?

Not entirely sure what’s happened. I just opened Manager 20.20.65 and this error popped up:

Please advise??

You are thousands of versions out of date

I don’t know if you will get support for this bug

What have you updated that caused it - new version of Windows? Webview? Browser?

Welcome the forum @gillianf,

Unforunately, as @Joe91 already said, this can’t be considered a bug, firstly, because your version is 5 years old and the rest of your system could have received updates that are incompatible with that version.

You should update to the latest version or if you prefer to use the old version, you might want to roll back some system updates – if at all possible.

I’m an idiot. :joy: I’ve been using it for so many years and honestly just expected to be notified to update  my bad!!! I updated yesterday and all is good now :hugs: (Just quietly, I wish I had a more recent back up of all my businesses!)

Thanks guys
