Internal error "SQlite error Attemp to write to readonly database"

I randomly get these error messages when I change a value in any doc. (SI, SO, Billable Time, Etc) It happens approx every 6 out of 10 times.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Did not fix it.

I am using:
Win 11
Version 23.10.2.1021

Here you go. I can not get the entire error because it is a slider.

Also if I change a value in any box I can get it to go away.
Like changing a quantity from 2 to 3. But even then it is random if it fixes it.

What edition (Server, Cloud, Desktop) are you usibg?

If Desktop, where are your business files stored?

In the latest version (23.10.12) I made the error message less intimidating but it won’t disappear.

There is something else (other than Manager) reading and obtaining lock on your Manager database periodically. Have you got your Application Data folder in some kind of synchronized folder? The best explanation is that your synchronized folder is periodically locking your Manager database for making changes to it (while it’s synchronizing).

There was a backup agent reaching to that folder. Thanks for the insight.
