In dashboard (Accounts Receivable) & (Accounts payable) not visible

There is nothing in Manager called dashboard. Do you mean Summary?

If so, please post a screen image of your summary screen

You probably have the business set for cash basis accounting. See Choose between accrual or cash basis accounting | Manager.
