Imported statement to have added feature of changing it as a trasfer

I import the bank statements in money format and when I withdraw money as self or atm I usually transfer that amount to a cash account . Now I manually add a new transfer and delete the one imported. It would be nice if I could make the same into a transfer to cash rather than making a new entry.
In Microsoft money that I was using we could change any transaction as a credit debit or transfer without re entering the same again

Transferring money between cash account and bank account

I have created a cash account in Petty Cash under “Cash Accounts”. Now when i am trying to allocate a bank “cash withdrawal” entry to account to Petty Cash…it does not show up in the account drop down list. is there any problem with the bank entry…?
