Yes, using batch create. Create a dummy payslip which contains all the Earning/deduction/contribution items and enter some dummy data for reference. Go to batch update and select that dummy payslip. copy to clipboard and paste in spreadsheet. Then you can take idea from dummy data where to paste which data. Also delete the key column at the end of the data.
