I am considering migrating from Gnucash to Manager. Is there any facility for importing my Gnucash data?
Importing facilities in Manager are still very limited so I’m afraid you won’t be able to do the import yet.
I converted from GnuCash by creating customers, accounts, etc and entering beginning balances using the last day I entered data GnuCash as the transaction date. It was a little time consuming, but well worth the effort since Manager is much easier to use than GnuCash.
Also the progammers are very quick to fix problems and provide updates to Manager, and quick to reply if you can’t figure out how enter a specific type of transaction.
