running the free desktop edition and trying to import customers from a spreadsheet
Have seen the video that says there is an import button once you hit new customer but my screen does not have that option
All videos that might be available were created by someone other than the developer of Manager. Don’t depend on them. All I know of are obsolete.
Go to the Customers tab and create a “Test” Customer filling in all the fields then the Batch Create (import) button will appear. Export the Test customer to see a template of how your spreadsheet should look.
