To be honest, I’m not sure how this would really add to Manager’s customisation functionality.

I agree localisation enabling data input would be valuable. "Report tranformation" which writes to data entry screen

Full external programmatic read / write can be done via the API.

batch create can efficiently import data once of, or periodically with external automation.
Dynamic read write to an external spreadsheet over laps with the above functionality but I’m not convinced is better for either function.
