Confused about version numbers

as per information provided by @lubos there is new link: https://www.manager.io/version.txt also, download link has now changed… e.g. https://mngr.s3.amazonaws.com/17.8.21/Manager.msi As you can see versions are now embedded in download link so you will be able to download historical versions too.
