I have inventory items not for resale

I have inventory items that are not for resale but for internal consumption such as cleaning and refreshments. How can i consume the items in manager so that they post to correct expense account

Such items very likely do not qualify as inventory, but as consumable supplies. Check with a qualified local accountant.

You can use write off window and specify which account you want to allocate the issuing on it.
