I have a problem to launch my manager

I need your favor to help me on the above matter. When i launch manager, and the dialog box appeared message below:

ManagerDesktop has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and notify you if a solution available.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing as perhaps a file has become unusable.
Doing this wont hurt your data files as they are stored separately - but do backups first.
