How to remove the footer link on invoices?

I never noticed it before, somehow when viewing the PDF on (Mac) preview it hides that line unless one scrolls just a bit more down…

How can I remove it? I don’t want clients to click on it or see it at all (even if they can’t do anything once clicked)

Bonus:
There’s also a “header” at the very top I would like to customize. It holds the word “view” in it, which makes no sense to a client:

Yes, I am aware I can edit the PDF in a PDF editor after saving it but that is not the point

Uncheck Header and footers on Print Options.

Oh heavens. That’s not even a manager thing then - sorry, I never ever noticed that setting in the PDF save options of the screen-print on the Mac!

Case closed I guess.

Please next time search the forum first. This has been several times “reported” and answered. Even as early as in 2016 and several times since see Remove Link Up of printed voucher and report

I did, and found that thread, and sorry it didn’t look anything like what a modern screen looks like, so after the few screenshots I stopped reading that thread, dismissed as similar but not the same.

Did not find other threads.

BTW: you do not have to search, it’s enough to consult the “suggestion” on the right side of the input when writing. And I do that always - I am aware of how online forums work.

Also - you are replying to a resolved thread, simply only pushing it up in the (“latest”) queues again. None of those other threads is actually resolved. Thus, perhaps it helps now that this thread here is quite clearly formulated and has a checked resolution, as long as we do not make this a discussion about forum searching, that is.

What operating system and browser are you using? Can you share a screen shot of your print dialogue? My guess is that there is an option there to print page headers and footers, and that is checked. Uncheck it and the line should disappear. This is an operating system or browser setting, not a Manager one.

Change the printer and you’ll find a setting for margins. Once you get that setting, you can select none or custom.

Obviously when none of these suggestions are working then you are still advised to explore the forum further.

Also the recent "Start PM with an AI Chatbot "(robot-head next to search-magnifier) would have provided you with a more extensive list. If you enter the title of this topic then it shows that this thread already exists and includes a solution. However, when you change it a bit to for example “unnecessary links in footer” you would see your topic and several others popping up.

None of those other threads is actually resolved.

That users do not mark an item resolved when they are is indeed not desirable but most solutions unfortunately do not get marked by the originators of the posts that explained the issues.
