How to become proofreader for Estonian language?

Click Preferences > Select any language (the default is fine) > Translation Progress > Join Translation Team.

I’m already in translation team. But Estonian language, 100% translated, 0.0% proofread.
This is a reason why I’m asking 
Right now, there are no proofreaders in any language. Mostly because there was no drama among translators so far.
If someone starts abusing the system in future (e.g. maliciously modifying existing translations), trusted translators will be granted proofreading rights as another layer of protection.

Unfortunately, it seems that there are some users of the Manager in Arabic, and as an experiment, they change the translations according to their needs only regardless the multiplicity of users fields or business.
The result is lack of confidence in the translations method used due to the difficulty of relying on certain names or words in the reports and tabs of Manager along with the ease of changing them suddenly and randomly while it may contain errors that are fundamental problems for some other users of Manager.
Therefore, I suggest that some members should be given permissions to proofread changes in translations before being approved to update Manager with these translations.
If you review the recent translations in the Arabic language file, you will find that only one user has changed the translation of 24 segment, I cannot say that it is wrong, but it is definitely a non-literal translation and does not match the English segment, which is suitable for all fields of Manager users almost, it is appearly suitable for this user only or similar fields. That worried me a lot concerning about Manager.
What I care about is using a stable accounting system even in the names and titles of items and tabs.
