How many cash and bank account can I add?

I currently have 14 accounts, but I want to add one more and it does not add up, how can I fix that?

I want to add new bank or cash account, but then when I press Create it doesn’t add to the bank and cash account list, is there a limit for cash and bank account?

No, there is no restriction. It would help if you show screenshots including of the edit screen of the account you want to add.
