How do you show tax in the invoice.

Australia has a GST and has to been shown on the invoice.

And how do I show a summary of all my sales with income and tax?

To show tax you first need to first tell Manager your tax rates.
Go to Setting - Tax Rates - and select the country & rate.
After this a tax field will appear on transaction screens
