Hello, I love manager.io especially for its simplicity. But I have a serious problem with the software, which is that my salespeople are able to delete invoices and receipts when I am not around. Right now any invoice or receipt against an invoice can be deleted or edited. Is there a way to prevent them from being able to delete the invoices or receipts? I tried the lock feature but anyone can change the date of the lock and go back and delete the invoices. Please help me.
It sounds like you are using the desktop edition, which is for single users on a single machine. You are responsible for your own security. And you are correct, the Lock Date is useless in such a situation.
If you want to control what others do, you must use the paid server or cloud editions and create users with restricted permissions.
