How can I turn grey writing into black. I am having difficulty reading the grey letters. .

All of the writing in the screenshot is pale on Manager and making it hard for me to read, without leaning almost on top of my computer.
Will appreciate your help.
That looks like screen or Browser problem to me that writing is back on a white or very pale grey background.
Most likely it is a screen with HDR or HDR effect on. In many recent screens you can select for example Reader settings with the screen itself and decide on the contrast. In essence @Julia_Vincent is first advised to look at own screen and contrast settings.
