How can i manually enter my petty cash balances?

As above, how can manually enter my petty cash balances? i manage to enter my bank opening balance, but i cant enter my petty cash balances.

Once you have created your Petty Cash Accounts using the same tab as Bank Accounts you can create a new receipt to account for the opening Petty Cash Account balance and allocate that receipt to your Capital account.
