I want to maintain stock in manager but cant find any option please help me.

Inventory module hasn’t been implemented yet. It’s one of the most requested features and I hope to put it in before end of next month.

Still no stock management as u said that it will be at the end of Dec.13. its now Jan.2015
The inventory capability has been available for a long time. Read the guides available here: http://www.manager.io/guides/inventory/
Warehouse management is still not included.
I have suggestions for the warehouse management I will post it to you in soon
