Inventory stock mannagment

can any one help me… how to mannage inventory stock in this software…? how can i input my stock inventories or itemes to the inventory item tab? i foundout that there is only one option that… i can add only items and price list there… but there is no option to input how many stock i have in my factory… pls help me if any one known… urgently required…
